With our first class of 2025 under our belt, I can't tell you how excited we are to offer more workshops. We had a blast making fire cider at the Co-op last weekend, made some new friends, and came away with a cold remedy that's another way of saving all these beautiful vegetables when they're in season. All this in just one hour! Check out what else we have coming up on our website, and maybe one of our workshops will strike your fancy.
In the meantime, we're more than halfway sold out of CSA veggie subscriptions for this summer, and we're looking to close our books by the end of March. If you know someone who would like to be a part of our community this year, send them our way or forward this email. I think our community of CSA members is one of the most welcoming, wonderful parts of the summer, and I'm so glad you all are supporting us and/or have signed up this season.
