Cilantro

Description: A bright, pungent herb used often for salsas, cilantro loves cool spring weather. The whole plant is edible from the stems to the leaves, flowers, and seeds which are known as coriander, but the leaves are most commonly used and are super tender in early spring. Cilantro does best added at the end of cooking, and it will bring an herby flavor to any dish.
