Dried Lion's Mane

Description: These lion’s mane mushrooms are carefully dried to preserve their delicate, slightly seafood-like flavor and incredible texture. Known for their culinary versatility and prized in herbal traditions, they’re perfect for soups, sautés, teas, or rehydrated and used like fresh. Rehydrate them in warm water and add to soups, stir-fries, broths, or grain bowls for deep, savory flavor. The soaking liquid makes an excellent mushroom stock, too. To use: soak in hot water for 20 minutes (1 oz reconstitutes to 6-8 oz), cook as desired.
