Hakurei Salad Turnips

Description: Hakurei turnips are a Japanese variety of mild, tender turnip that taste delicious both raw and cooked. Each turnip is about the size of a golf ball, some a little bigger and some a little smaller. Cut them up for your crudites, toss them with olive oil and bake them into a sheet pan dinner.
