Radicchio 4-pack

Round-headed Chioggia-type from Italy. Palla di Fuoco impressed us with its deep burgundy heads with good uniformity. Its name means ‘ball of red fire.’ Radicchio is a leafy green with a delicious bitter crunch. It brings a beautiful taste and color to salad mixes, tastes great sauteed and drizzled with dressing, and packs in flavor when it's used as a substitute for plain old lettuce on Taco Tuesday. Try some and see!
