Red Amaranth Greens

Description:  Amaranth is a super green, higher in nutrients than spinach and equally tasty. Best cooked, it has a mild, nutty flavor. The stems are edible like kale’s, but the leaves are far more tender. This variety, Hopi Red, has beautiful pink and red coloration.
