FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens if I can't pick up my share?

If you're going to be out of town for any reason, a great option is to have a friend or family member take over your share for that week. If you forget to pick up your share, please let us know! Sometimes we save your vegetables for a few days, but more often than not we donate them to the food pantry.

Can I buy your vegetables on site?

Yes! If you swing by during on Wednesdays from 2-6 we'll have vegetables available during our CSA pickup hours. Our plan is to open an on-site farmstand with more hours at some point in the next year or two. We are also at the Norwich Farmers Market on Saturdays May through September, and you can buy our produce there.

What will I get every week?

The contents of your CSA will change according to what's in season. In June, your choices will be things like scallions, radishes, peas, lettuce, kale, and other greens. In mid summer we'll have tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, carrots, zucchini, summer squash, onions, green beans, and herbs. You'll get to pick and choose what you want from our options, which is a great way to personalize what you'll eat.

I want to support you but it's impractical for me! How else can I help?

That's very kind, thank you! You could donate money to our Help Fund, which will offset a subsidized share so someone else can get vegetables at a price point that works for them. We also have an Amazon wish list full of items that we need, which is updated on a regular basis.
