We're so close we can almost taste the veggies already! Welcome to our 2025 Summer CSA at Eureka Organic Farm, we're thrilled to be emailing you right now. There's a lot of important information in here, please read through the whole email to have your questions answered.
CSA will start EITHER the week of June 18 OR the week of June 25. The variability depends on how the crops are looking in our fields this year, and we'll know as we get closer. Please keep an eye on your email as we get closer to the anticipated dates.
You'll have the option to pick up your vegetables on two separate days this year: Wednesday afternoons or Saturday mornings. You don't need to tell us in advance which day you're going to pick up, just show up! We're good with either day.
If you haven't sent in a payment yet, please do so immediately. We reserve your spot with the expectation that you'll pay before the first pickup, so if you haven't paid by then we assume you're not going to show. If you don't know if you paid, reply to this email and I'll look it up for you.
I know you're excited to get going with your veggies. We offer a free vegetable storage class called Eat Like a Farmer for all our CSA members so you know what to expect ahead of time and how to prepare. The class can be found here, and you'll receive a 100% discount off the course using the coupon code LOVEVEGGIES2025. If you signed up last year and you're on the yearly membership, please make sure you enter in this year's coupon code so you don't get charged a renewal fee.
If you're receiving this email but your significant other is not, reply to this email and let me know their email address so I can add them to the list.
Once CSA pickups start, I'll be sending out weekly emails with news from the farm, the list of veggies you'll receive that week, and suggested recipes so you can plan your dinners for the week in advance.
That's it! Let me know if you have any additional questions, we're excited to see you all this year.
Much love and carrots,
Christine & Seth
